This is our The New Rosé Trocken which is a crisp, dry rosé with a refreshingly modern edge. Made from grapes grown in the hills of western Romania surrounding our winery, this wine is all about balance with bright acidity, delicate red berry notes and a clean elegant finish.

Our wine making is deliberately low-intervention. Grapes are picked early in the morning to keep them cool, pressed gently, and fermented in stainless steel to preserve varietal character.

Our Richtig Lecker Rosé 2024 is all about freshness, flavour, and finesse. The grapes come from our sun-drenched Dealul Țiganului vineyard and are, hand-harvested at sunrise to capture their natural acidity and aromatic brightness.

Our estate-grown Pinot Grigio (Richtig Lecker Grauburgunder) is made from hand-harvested grapes grown in the cooler zones of our vineyards, where early picking helps retain natural acidity and a delicate pale hue.

Accessed through our retail area at the winery, lies our historic cellars. It is a special place that we use for tastings and dinners. To sit here, in the Sala Mare, is an unforgettable experience. You are 9m underground with vaulted brick ceilings and stone walls. #cellar
