Had the worst Starbucks experience today Starbucks South Africa Gateway. Absolutely shocking! Trashing the Starbucks name and experience!

I had the privilege of experiencing many Starbucks around the world but was embarrassed by Starbucks South Africa. On holiday in KZN was in Gateway visited Starbucks to my disappointment. Only dark roast options available. Then ordered my wife’s favorite lemon cake. Check video
