Kenney Shields is a 1960 graduate of Covington Catholic where he was a 4-year letterman in both baseball & basketball and was a basketball captain his senior year. He has been inducted to the CCH Hall of Fame. Here are a few pictures from his time at Co Cath. Evan Dennison

Cov Cath Basketball improved their season record to 13-1 with a 74-45 win over Beechwood last night. Cov Cath Colonels' 13-1 start is in a 4-way tie for the best season start in Cov Cath Hoops program history along with 1966-67 (state runners-up), 2012-13, & 2013-14 (state champs).
Feb 10, 2026 marked the 50th anniv. of the death of Rick Fedders (CCH '70). Fedders was one of Cov Cath Colonels Football's 1st players to earn an all-state nod. He played for the 1971 "Young Thundering Marshall Football" team, and tragically died 3yrs later at 23yrs old. Rest in Peace.
