4/ The results were so profound, that we wanted to confirm that this diet did not impact circulating levels of MTX. Thankfully, it didn't. Importantly, the diet also did not impair MTX-dependent tumour kill (in a breast cancer model)

5/ So how was this all happening ... well, thats a work in progress, but unsurprisingly impacted the gut #microbiota resulting in an increase in short and branched chain fatty acids. #SCFA #BCFA
