If you’re monitoring your baby’s movements at the same time each day, it should take about the same amount of time each day to feel 10 movements. Get checked out if you notice a change in how long it takes to get to 10 movements or the strength of your baby’s movements!

According to NIH research, sleeping on your side during your third trimester can reduce your risk of complications such as stillbirth. Sleeping on your side allows unrestricted flow of blood and oxygen to your baby, while sleeping on your back or front may restrict it.

Not high-risk? You should still be monitoring your baby’s movements! Even if this isn’t your first pregnancy. Why? Because EVERY baby is different!

Do you feel tired and sluggish when you don’t feel well? Babies are the SAME! If their movements have slowed or changed it may be due to a complication. If you notice a change in their movements, head straight to labor and delivery to get checked.

Siblings can bond with baby before they are even born!

Here’s how big brother/sister can help you track baby’s movements:

They can tap the foot in our app every time you feel a movement OR they can feel for baby’s movements and tell you when to tap the foot.

Have baby’s movements slowed? It’s time to GO! Head straight to labor and delivery to be seen.

Movements are how your baby communicates with you, a change in movement is them telling you that something isn’t right.
