The decision of Cusworth J in Y NHS Foundation Trust and (1) AN, (2) BN [2024] EWHC 805 (Fam) has been published. This is an unusual case, an out of hours application in respect of cancer treatment for a 16 year old. bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/…
