When I left St johnstone I went pre season training with Dunfermline, there was two strikers on trial , myself and Lawrence Shankland we both ended up not getting a contract … morale of the story don’t give up on your dreams .. and Dunfermline manager didn’t have a clue 😂

From numerous arguments with the manager and a lot of dark days this goal ment so much to me at York, and started one of the most enjoyable few months of my career.

What a day, the feeling after that game knowing we were going to Wembley 😍
