A good job by Supreme Advocacy LLP at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, finishing with 'Is it really the law in Ontario that the public has no right to know how many cases go to trial or how long they take to get there?'
Love to be able to argue about the open court principle today at the Court of Appeal today with Cory Giordano. You spend months on written submissions and testing out ideas and finally get to let them loose. Case went in well and had an engaged panel. Can’t ask for much more.
