Shock is a continuum. Signs of hypoperfusion might appear first, before the drop in Blood Pressure manifest. In a case where ptient come with signs of hypoxia (drop in SaO2, chill extremities, or altered mental status) but with normal initial BP reading, we have to be caution ⚠️

Krn tadi habis dapet pasien lansia, Thorax AP tampak fibrosis paru, infiltrat air bronchogram mediobasal bilateral, dan emphysematous lung. TTV suhu 39, disetress napas, SaO2 85, gelisah. EKG sinus taki+P pulmonal. Awal masuk TD masih 107/73, 1 jam observasi tiba2 drop jadi 85/43
