You don’t have to be an administrator, grade level chair, or department head to be a leader in your school.  Your title doesn’t matter.  You just have to care about making it better. Passion and commitment can transform any culture.

Technology has replaced a lot of things in the classroom.  It will never replace a smiling teacher… greeting kids as they walk into class.

When administrators spend time in classrooms, they are reminded how much those teachers have to plan, how much they have to manage, and how unbelievably patient they are.  Teachers are the heart and soul of every school.
