Spinach & Almond Roast: Wash, chop & spinach. Chop onion & garlic & fry in 1tbsp olive oil. Mix with 225g ground almonds, 85g bread crumbs, 2tbsp tomato puree, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp marjoram, salt & pepper. Bake in loaf tin 180˚C ½ hour. #nutrition #wellbeing #springintosummer
