T.H. Sherley was the owner of Crystal Springs Distillery in Louisville, KY in the late 1800's. They were the leading distributor of brandy in Louisville which was the popular spirit then. Copper And Kings, also based in Louisville, has distilled an apple brandy in honor of T.H.
