COVID19 is hanging around - and although colds and flu decreasing covid cases in U.K. have plateaued In some areas like London they are still increasing . This explains many recent luckily mild cases in my friends and colleagues . Thanks for logging with ZoeHealthStudy !

Just when I was thinking of closing down the socials due to lack of progress... I receive really positive messages about my book from eminent scientists in the field.

If you search 'coping with long covid' on Amazon in the UK my book pops up in the first five results and has the highest review rating (for me anyway - who knows how the algorithm works!)

Another small milestone reached - 125 followers here. Is there a buzz-word for 'slow book marketing'? I've decided that it will mostly find its own audience and I'm not pushing it.

I'm realising that the medical industry looks at the body as a collection of different systems and organs. When the illness affects the whole body - and in different ways for different people - no wonder medicine struggles to find an answer. #LongCovid #pwLC #pwME

My story is valid. I recovered from #PostVacSyndrome relatively quickly. It's not a false recovery story: it's my true story. It's on Amazon. Yes it costs a little bit of money to read it, but it cost me a whole heap of time to share something that will probably help you.

AAAARRRRGGGGGGH!!!!!! (feels like shouting into the void as so few are listening. My message is simple. Exercise is not a cure for #MECFS or #LongCovid but focusing on allowing for #HiPER in a self-paced way might just help).
