Just showed an RN how to suture a wound. Looks great. More and more my job is making decisions and taking responsibility, which is fine. I dont need to do every procedure. With DR shortage, I’m trying to get RN to do more of my work (if they want to) #winwin

I dont know why Acrrm makes life so difficult for GP registrars. Talking to yet another Reg yesterday who is looking at swapping to RACGP, who seem to now be more rural friendly than ACRRM. 🙄
