Utterly disappointed with the Best Western GB Grims Dyke Hotel in Harrow in refusing to refund our Ladies’ Night deposit of £750 because of #COVIDー19 thus depriving the NSPCC of a donation. Charity definitely doesn’t apply to this Hotel 😱
