Across four years of service, DPA Chair Tennille has shown us what real leadership looks like: not ego or flash, but consistency, sacrifice, and care.

We’re grateful for Chair Tennille’s service, for his belief in young people, and for the example he set: do the work, make space for others, and never lose sight of the people you’re fighting for.

Thank you, Chair Tennille. You didn’t just lead the party to a better future, you helped grow the next generation of leaders. And we’re proud to carry that work forward.
