🔍US of the month🔍 A fantastic pick up by Dr. Susan Mari, MD a PGY-3. A patient presented with painless vision loss and normal ocular pressure so she considered the probe and with great skill picked up this small hyperechoic dot. The patient was diagnosed with CRAO via US! 👀
