In the UK, police dogs do not receive a pension when they retire. Our charity provides much needed assistance, from covering lifesaving surgeries to monthly medication, we support these heroic dogs throughout their retirement! thinbluepaw.org.uk 🐶💙🇬🇧

Give Dave Harford a follow. Expect some wit occasionally, but primarily you will get some good education in #Roadsafety ... and the odd debate too on some key safety issues

If you as a driver think using a phone whilst driving is ok, click the link. See the devastation and death it causes. Not just to the victims & their families, but also emergency workers who pick the pieces up! Leave the phone alone. #RoadSafety bbc.com/news/uk-englan…

WARNING: Distressing content. This might be hard to watch, but we have worked with the families of those who died to reiterate a simple message: Don’t use your phone at the wheel. Watch the full video: youtu.be/UztJcUjGXbY

We've just closed the A6024 Holme Moss due to difficult conditions because of snow. Snow is forecast across Derbyshire during the day so more roads, especially on higher routes in the Peak District, could close later. Gritters are out on all the high routes at the moment.
