Harsh Goenka If only advertisements can change the facts - Air India service and aircraft are the absolute worst and highly unreliable. Just look at the ticket booking page, compare with Singapore airlines, and you will know the whole thing sucks.

Since the time Tata group took over Air India, there was a huge expectation from the airlines. AI has one of the best route permits, but has the worst customer service onboard as well as on ground. Not qualified to comment on the maintenance though. Is there a negligence???

@APSWasi Air india is right now one of the worst airlines that operates. People usually criticise Indigo, but I think they are good enough for the pricing. Spicejet and Airindia are giving a tough fight to each other.

Tata Group What about the aircraft maintenance and training of crews? Air India aircrafts are one of the worst maintained ones. Ask the travelers and they will agree with this.
