Trone came off as arrogant and patronizing in this interview with ace NBC4 Washington reporter Tracee Wilkins. He’s trying to distract people from endorsements of County Executive Angela Alsobrooks from MD Dem powerhouses Gov Moore, Sen. Van Hollen & Rep. Raskin, plus many others.

Whoa. “Low Level folks.” Not sure that’s the way to characterize any elected public official serving in public office.

• Cut remark that 'Senate is not a place for training wheels' from attack ad after outcry
• Called Alsobrooks' PG Co. endorsers 'low-level,' sparking backlash from electeds
• Also said, 'They're all creatures of Annapolis. I'm a creature of America.'

Just want to clarify that I’m out of Rockville and now a “creature” of Bethesda, both part of Maryland (and America).

I’m voting for Angela Alsobrooks because I have seen her advocacy up close and now want to see it for the whole state in the US Senate.
