Actually more kids should do this, work on ya IQ, work on picking up on action, work on setting good screens. This would significantly improve a lot of young players.

Couple questions to consider before getting a πŸ€ trainer.. Out of the 100 clips you saw other trainers doing do those reps even translate to your game? Or does it just look/feel good to rep out since others are doing it? Don't waste πŸ’° do what translates to YOUR betterment.

Shoots it when defenders step off. Gets to 2 feet in the paint when they crowd him. Simple reps but he mastered them. Didn't overcomplicate. Make the game easy !

One thing about πŸ€ training and being a trainer is there has to be days strictly enforcing contact and seeking contact. Too many finesse moves during training sessions that don't translate to real games. Gotta hit someone and simulate game finishes and controlling them.
