Recently, the Condominium Authority Tribunal confirmed (CAT) that a dog owner was entitled to keep one dog as a service animal (but not a second dog). The CAT also refused certain conditions which the condominium corporation wished to impose on the dog. dhacondolaw.ca/condo-law-news…
