Happiness💚 Great use of your Computing @ Bedford Drive skills in RE Year 4! Well done😊
hi-impact 5FM enjoyed their air rocket workshop with Dave Ravenscroft & Tom. They investigated types of rocket fin, created their own rockets, launched them into the air then compared results. Finally they created a PicCollage to show everything they’d done. Computing @ Bedford Drive
We used a graph website to turn our data into a bar chart, then used this in our PicCollage. The furthest distance for our rockets to travel was a whopping 25m 🚀🚀🚀🚀 hi-impact Dave Ravenscroft Computing @ Bedford Drive

Thanks to hi-impact Zack Griffin for a wonderful afternoon pond dipping on Friday! The children were engrossed in their learning! They observed pond creatures and used an identification card to name what they discovered.Computing @ Bedford Drive

After the excitement of observing the pond creatures (we even had a stickleback!) the children learnt how to make a Pic collage, adding a background, images and text to share learning about their session. What a fantastic afternoon Zack Griffin Computing @ Bedford Drive Bedford Drive Science
More instructions for Beebot in Computing @ Bedford Drive this week. Forwards, backwards, left and right. We had to send him from one point to another. It was great fun!
Year 5 had a fantastic time this week creating their own interactive quizzes using scratch! The children chose different outcomes for what would happen to their sprite depending on if the player got the question right or not! Computing @ Bedford Drive
