We recently attended the Western MA Girls in Trade Career Fair at Dean High School in Holyoke. We had a great time connecting with these young women and many seniors were eager to get informed on how to get started in the trades and start their careers.

The rain held off for the topping ceremony at 103 4th Ave, a future state-of-the-art lab and cGMP manufacturing facility! A huge thank you to BXP, the City of Waltham, and all of the tradespeople who made yesterday possible and are making this building come to life.

This past Wednesday, Alexandria Real Estate hosted a job site appreciation and safety awareness lunch for the entire One Charles Park team! Commodore’s Chuck Borstel, Rich Lucht, and Jason Theberge spoke about the importance of safety. Huge thank you to the entire OCP team.
