Great presentation on lessons learned from the pandemic...from someone who knows a bit about that!

There is a lot of data on how horrible it is for medical outcomes to keep inpatients boarded in the ED

I don't see enough discussion of how inhumane it is. EDs are not designed to allow patients to sleep. No one would want a loved one to spend 24 hours in an ED
