Mrs. Albuquerque's ELA classes were VERY excited to welcome Mrs. Cabral, our Bristol Warren Regional School District Literacy Coordinator, into their classroom! She spent some quality time with our students' giving valuable reading and writing strategies to help support their learning.
This week, some of our classes took a trip across the street to Rogers Free Library to view the art exhibit that was on display. 🎨 The exhibit featured a number of works by Mt. Hope High School students who drew inspiration from various books and songs!
Students across the district had a sun-believable time viewing the solar eclipse yesterday! 🔭😎 Before the eclipse, students at Colt Andrews Elementary School and Hugh Cole Elementary School were hard at work on eclipse themed art projects. 🌒
Spring has sprung! 🌷 In the fall, 5th grade community service club members at Colt Andrews Elementary School , Guiteras Elementary School , and Rockwell Elementary School worked with members of the Bristol Garden Club to plant nearly 750 daffodil bulbs at the schools. 🌼
Today, our 4th grade students from across the district gathered at Roger Williams University for the annual KidWind Celebration! 💨 Thank you RWU for helping us give our students this incredible learning experience! To hear more check out our Facebook or Instagram.
Now in its fifth year, KidWind has now reached more than 1,000 fourth graders who have learned from Roger Williams University engineering and education students. eastbayri.com/stories/rwu-ed…?
