Two people have been transported to Toronto trauma centers after multiple shots were fired outside a Moxies restaurant in Pickering at Kingston Rd and Liverpool Rd. The call came in around 1 am

At least one person has been transported with serious injuries after a boat caught fire about 2 km offshore of Courtice. Details on who rescued them is still not clear Coastguard; Police boat or civilian, but they took them to the Oshawa pier.

This morning, some of the amazing crews from Oshawa Fire Services were practicing rope rescue water training down at Lake. Firefighters always train hard, and we hope they never need to do a real rescue. However, I am happy to say that if ever needed, Oshawa Fire Services is ready!
