CoVal is a repository of amino acid replacement mutations identified in the SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences, mapped onto the cryo-EM derived protein structures coval.ccpem.ac.uk

Unfortunately the re-scheduled 3DEM GRC for June 2021 is also cancelled due to the pandemic. GRC says all meetings planned between May and July 2021 are cancelled. We will work with the GRC for alternatives, and I will keep you posted through Twitter and the 3DEM mailing list.
