It’s that time of the month to report to summer football camp and I wish all the coaches and players high schools and colleges good and be save.

Tennessee State 1998 & 1999 Ohio Valley Championship Team we lost a great teammate this week, may he rest in peace. Go Big Blue.

I had the greatest opportunity to coach with some other greatest coaches in college football. One of them was coach, Nick Saban.

My great high school classmates at Dunbar High School.

I just left the hospital visiting a great focoach Shepherd Skanes had a small setback. Pray to God that he will be OK. He has changed a lot of young man life as a good man and football coach. If you get a chance, please give him a shout out and wish him well. Hang in there.

Now after all that great learning and teaching as a young coach, that’s one of the reasons why I became successful as a coach. taking notes and learning and not talking. going to clinics and camps getting to know other coaches and building my own philosophy.

This is my first coaching staff we always dress and coaches uniforms and spent plenty of time together learning each other respecting each one opinion made us a championship program.

Fans are always important so spend that valuable time when you can Talking with them or signing autographs means a lot, and you’ll always have fan support.

These two back to back championships award came from having a plan for our coaching staff and players working together.
