Colby Rec is hosting a Super Mario Smash Bros. Tournament this coming Monday! (Labor Day) This is a no school day for Colby and the surrounding areas. Players will rotate between different consoles to earn points (Nintendo 64, GameCube, Wii)

All of our registered Volleyball players through the Rec Department will get in free to tonight's JUCO volleyball game! The matches begin at 6:30 and take place at the new Colby Event Center. All girls must be wearing their gameday rec uniform to get in!

Registration is now open for our Fall Adult Women’s Volleyball League through Colby Recreation! We will play Sunday evenings beginning October 17th for five Sundays, then have a tournament to determine our champion. Registration Deadline is October 12th.

Registration is now open for Winter Youth Basketball Leagues through Colby Recreation! This year we will be offering leagues for grades Kindergarten - 6th grade. The deadline for registering is October 18th. See the attached flyer for more information!

We are hosting our second annual "Boo Bash" this Fall on Friday, October 29th from 4:00-7:00 at the new Event Center! This is a FREE EVENT for the public and includes pumpkin carving, games to win prizes, a live movie showing and more! A costume is strongly encouraged.

Colby Recreation is hosting a family "Movie on the Court" Night at the Colby Event Center featuring "The Polar Express!" This event will take place on Sunday, December 19th. Showtime will be at 6:00 pm and gates will open at 5:00. Cost is $10 for adults and children

Registration is now open for Little All-Stars Basketball! Little All-Stars programs are designed to introduce the basics of the sport to 3 & 4 year old's. Fee is $30 per player and includes all equipment provided by Colby Recreation.

Colby Recreation is offering "Letters to Santa" again this year! The mailbox is currently set up at the Event Center (1200 S. Franklin) near our main entryway. Feel free to bring your own letter or use one of the blank ones we have at the table. Letters are due this Thursday!

Colby Recreation will be starting a Youth Track Club this Spring/Summer! Registration is now open for this season for those currently in grades 1st - 6th. Your yearly $20 membership fee includes a uniform and entry to all home practices and our home meet!

Registration Deadline for the Event Center Classic Youth Basketball Tournament is SUNDAY 3/13! Tournament takes place March 26-27 at the Event Center.

We are excited to announce we were the recipient of a Kansas Tourism Grant in the amount of $40,000! This money is being put towards the upcoming renovations at the ballfields. More information on this project will be released soon.
