Army Cadet CFAVs please get in touch if you have knowledge or skill in any of these four diversity areas. Events will be opened up to the full membership of Army Cadets. We’re just setting up the groups at this stage. Thankyou :) Note the LGBT+ Network 🏳️‍⚧️Trans webinars also.

The Accountability Ladder shows the shift from reactive to proactive behaviours. Denial, blame, and excuses hold you back, while owning problems, finding solutions, and taking action drive success. Where do you stand on the ladder? #Leadership #Accountability #Growth

Just home from ACF Conference 25. Much to ponder on the drive. How do we improve the volunteers experience? How do we do better in all elements of well being? How do we increase challenge and keep it safe? Much to mull.

Taking a moment to breathe and be present is the key to finding balance in our busy lives. Mindfulness practice helps us reconnect with ourselves, reduce stress, and enhance our overall well-being. It’s also a wonderful practice to teach our young people for self-regulation 💚

Both leaders and followers share values and goals, but their roles differ. Followers vary across 5 types: Exemplary (Stars), Alienated (Cynics), Passive (Sheep), Conformists (‘Yes’ People), and Pragmatists (Survivors). Which style do you see in your teams? #Leadership

Not long until the gardens here at the Gordon Highlanders Museum are filled with the sounds of the Drums and Pipes of the Army Cadet Force and RAF Air Cadets!

A pleasure to visit the SCIC at Barry Buddon on Thursday evening. An amazing group of senior cadets, with furthest north being Cdt Sgt Nicholls from 1HLDRs and furthest south as Cdt Sgt Marshall from West Lowland flanking me.

I visited the Pipes & Drums at Boddam and saw some excellent skills and exceptional camaraderie. Also they delivered a first-rate performance at the Gordon Highlanders museum in Aberdeen. Well done to everyone, both Cadets and CFAVs.
