Taking a moment to breathe and be present is the key to finding balance in our busy lives. Mindfulness practice helps us reconnect with ourselves, reduce stress, and enhance our overall well-being. It’s also a wonderful practice to teach our young people for self-regulation 💚

A pleasure to visit the SCIC at Barry Buddon on Thursday evening. An amazing group of senior cadets, with furthest north being Cdt Sgt Nicholls from 1HLDRs and furthest south as Cdt Sgt Marshall from West Lowland flanking me.

I visited the Pipes & Drums at Boddam and saw some excellent skills and exceptional camaraderie. Also they delivered a first-rate performance at the Gordon Highlanders museum in Aberdeen. Well done to everyone, both Cadets and CFAVs.
