Shri. Rajendra Gavit, Hon’ble MLA, Palghar, and Manoj Ranade, CEO, Zilla Parishad, visited Coconut Development Board stall at the Krishi Mela held in Palghar, Maharashtra and reviewed the various schemes being promoted for coconut cultivation and interacted with CDB officials.

CDB State Centre, Vijayawada conducted exposure visit for farmers from Andhra Pradesh at ICAR-CIBA, Muttukadu Experimental Station, Chennai to enhance the knowledge for farmers on integrated farming system in coconut cultivation.

As part of Inter state Exposure visit programme of CDB, farmers from Maharashtra visited at CDB DSP Farm Mandya. The team also visited APMC, Turuvekere, Kalpatharu, Hallikar Tattva FPOs & Santhrupthi Agro industries.

CDB Institute of Technology (CIT), Vazhakulam actively participated and delivered talk in the workshop on 'Issues and Challenges in Coconut Products Standards' conducted at CPCRI, Kayamkulam on 11th March 2026.

As part of Board's Inter State Exposure Visit, farmers from Maharashtra visited CDB DSP Farm, Kondagaon.

Mr. K.G. Waman, IFS, Director of Horticulture, Govt. of Odisha visited State Centre and DSP Farm, Pitapally, Odisha and reviewed various schemes and activities of the Board.

Coconut Development Board participated in the Karshakashree Exhibition organized by Malayala Manorama at Kollam, Kerala, from 11 to 15 March 2026. During the event, the Board showcased a wide range of value-added coconut products along with its publications and periodicals.

Officials from PIB Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, along with media representatives from Bhopal and Raipur, visited the CDB DSP Farm in Kondagaon as part of press tour. During the visit, they were briefed on the farm’s activities and informed about the various schemes implemented by CDB.

CDB RO, Bengaluru conducted Block-level seminar on 24th March 2026 at T.Nagenahalli CFC, Chitradurga, Karnataka. Shri Srinuvas, SADH, AHO, Hiriyur, CDB Officials, Farmers and beneficiaries attended the seminar.

Interstate Exposure Visit : Progressive farmers and entrepreneurs from Karnataka visited the Coconut Development Board, Kochi; CDB Institute of Technology; and DSP Farm, Neriamangalam. During the visit, they interacted with CDB officials about various schemes farm activities.
