When you're in the lab, working on your "bag" this offseason, remember... - 50% of your shots come with no dribble (catch and shoot) - 20% of your shots come with 1 or 2 dribbles. And don't forget, the more dribbles you take, the lower your shooting percentage gets. No

Scholarships at the D3 level. Consist of academics merit-based scholarships, need-based grants and other forms of (creative) aid. Every univeristy, college, programs are different. Find the best spot for you financially. The higher the GPA, the more $$ taken off.

17u players…for most of you, today is you last day playing AAU basketball. Your parents have spent thousands, used vacation time, worked in the care and from hotels, been nervous for you, and have had many sleepless nights. Thank them, hug them, tell them you love them.

When anyone 💩 on D3, it’s because they’ve never played/coached at the college level. They have NO clue how good you have to be to play at that level. So know the D3 offer you got is a little more impressive than Joe in his basement thinks😉 #WeAreD3

Love the idea and agree with most of this, but imo have to define shot selection different for each player. Define with each player will they shoot a high PPP. For elite players off dribble 3 is a high PPP for example. Great stuff overall. Shot selection is crucial
