Jayson Tatum is reportedly lifting weights for 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week with many of those sessions happening pre-game. One of Jayson’s biggest regrets last playoffs was pulling back on his strength routine. Basketball players, use the weight room to enhance your game 💪🏻🙌🏻

I’ve seen a lot of people tweeting this for all high school football players to watch. I agree and encourage you to watch it with your parents!! Games aren’t won and reps aren’t earned on game night. They’re won by winning in meetings, during practices, and by studying film.
