PSA...quit normalizing 13 year olds doing more travel to play league games than most D2 and D3 colleges. The time will come, it isn't at this age. Kids don't need this. I promise there is only a 0.2% chance you have a pro. Be realistic.

I’ll die on this hill. In tournament elimination games you play your best players and sub only if needed or a role player that creates can add value. Tournaments are not the time to be fair. The exception being u12 or below. Even then play time is smartly managed.

Saw a club post about their class of 24 commits. At least 10 of the 18 have yet to play a game for the club. They left their former club after committing. It's really misleading and poor behavior

Basketball can be played run and gun, slow it down, four corners. Football has running game, west coast offense etc. but in soccer the experts think there is only one right way to play. You play the way that makes you win. That simple. Way over complicated

With all the MNT talk I’ve decided a big part of the soccer problem is just shit coaches at the youth, pro and college level. Not all by any means but some that ruin this for kids. They can’t get licenses but are responsible for the players. Is insane.
