If you play or coach a competitive sport, no one should have to ask or persuade you to compete. True competitors don’t avoid or shy away from competition, they embrace it. Complacency kills.

Congrats Ryan Meed. My first year coaching was your freshman year at Xaverian. Still remember even as a 13 year old kid the leadership qualities you had. No surprise you have gotten as far as you have. Keep grinding kid.

This is my 11th season coaching football at multiple levels. Last night was the best game I’ve ever been a part of. Down 20-7 at the half. Finally grabbed the lead with less than 2 minutes to go.
