4 v 3 Chaos!! I really like using this drill to give different pictures for the attack to solve - Both Attack (4 players) and Defence (3 players) have one player start from the width of the box - initially starts as a 3 v 2 with width players creating 4 v 3!

PLAY the WAY YOUR FACING.. Unknown 2 v 1 starts - Kicker selects where to put the ball in the attacking rectangle.. 2 attack must beat 1 defender with close quarter skills!

I like using this activity to create hand speed along with pass accuracy- using the poles as an accuracy stimulus/measurement!

Controlled Chaos! Team v Team for continuous score - Two types of kicks 1. Grubbers (between post covers) 2. Drop Punt (through posts). Lots of reps under competitive pressure!

Trajectory Powers - The ability to hit grass from an aggressive kick can take away valuable time for the receiver to assess there options! In partners 2min each to hit between Poles & Under Crossbar - Can move stations once successful - Keep score of how many stations moved!

Open Field Passing Accuracy with Reload- I like using this drill to promote pass accuracy at speed with a reload efficiency to create width on attack - Poles keep the players square & create a pass speed stimulus!
