My personal favorite part of the day at Wartburgh is running (pun intended) into my high school coach, Coach Roberson who is still leading the Columbus Sailors after all these years. I am a coach because of him.

Congratulations to Preston Johnson on his runner up finish at the state meet. The 3rd fastest time in state meet history, and smashed the school record by 9 seconds. This young man has earned everything he has accomplished and we are so proud of him. Great job Preston.

Congratulations to Carter on his 34th place finish and the incredible career he has had. He will finish his career number 7 all time in school history! Thank you Carter.

Congratulations to alumni John Moellers on completing his freshman season of cross country at Drake today at the Midwest regional in Oklahoma. John finished 151 in an extremely tough region and on a tough course. Great job John. We are proud of you.

Alumni James Johnson finishes his sophomore season with a 29th place finish at regional qualifier in Waverly. Solid season for James including picking up a win at Grinnell this year.

Congratulations Myles. William Penn is getting someone with a tremendous work ethiic who has a passion for running , a great leader, and someone who will contribute positively to the William Penn community. So excited to watch you continue your career.

Congratulations to Carter on his commitment to run for Central. Central is getting a fierce competitor who will do anything for his team and teammates. He will not be out worked in practice and I can not wait to watch his career at the next level.
