Coaches who understand how to build a winning culture never reward pouting. They reward players who refuse to be outworked & protect the team culture. It’s never about “me”. It’s always about “us”.

What are your goals and aspirations as an athlete? Now take an honest look at your work ethic and attitude. Are they in alignment with each other? If not, you don’t have a goal. You have a wish. To reach your genetic potential, your commitment must be unwavering.

Why do we need football? Not for revenue or something to watch on TV, but to bring shared purpose, experience, and healing to our communities. It’s not about the game. It’s what the game teaches us and opportunities it provides us.
