Coaching is more than just coaching. It’s also leading, motivating, inspiring, teaching, managing, mentoring, loving, and much more!

Champions don’t compete with each other, they compete for each other. You want to be great? Start by celebrating the guy next to you. Real teammates don’t envy success — they ignite it. Be the kind of teammate who fuels greatness, not fears it.

To perform your best under pressure, you must overcome the fear of failure, which is the root cause of nervousness.

Tom Brady said it best: “You don’t have to be special. You just have to be what most people aren’t: consistent, determined, and willing to work for it.” That’s the real separator. Not talent. Not hype. Just relentless effort.

Three ways to be mentally tough in games: 1. Push through discomfort to give your best effort. 2. Block out distractions to stay focused on the task at hand. 3. Think positive to stay poised under pressure.
