Always clean up the sagittal plane first; you’ll likely gain motion in other planes. Scapular posterior tilt creates shoulder IR. Pelvic posterior tilt gets you hip IR. Thoracic flexion allows for scapular upward rotation. Shoulder flexion gets you shoulder ER. The list goes on.
