The things I learned today from a 3hrs Session with an LEC Coach, gave me so much clearance for my next Split that I can't wait for it.

Came into the Split, had to completely adapt around our environement and routines and performed.

He has a very rare personality, he can make a whole team very openminded and he was one of our main reasons why we made it this far.
