At what point are other collegiate esports coaches going to realize that students that sign a year agreement or LOI are going to be held to that agreement. I have had more than one player in my office this week talking about having been reached out by other coaches. (1of2)

Do a better job at actually recruiting players and stop trying to poach players from schools you seem less worthy. It is not my fault that I can actually recruit and don't lie or tell athletes half-truths to get players to come to my college. (2of2)

We Overwatch on Wednesdays in Beaver Nation!! Both teams kick off there NJCAA Esports seasons tonight!!

Our college League of Legends team, with 5 Brazilian students played the first weekend of tournament. We won our first round by 2-0 and lose on the second round by 1-2 but we overcome it and reached the top 24 through the lower bracket with another two Bo3 series won. ++

This list of orgs is missing one key demographic. Anyone know what it is… I’ll give you a hint… representation from junior college esports. As I type this several orgs on that list are actively recruiting my players, but our league and orgs are not represented. 🤔
