Missing signs, not knowing outs, count, inning or score is unacceptable at the Varsity level. Not running out balls and hustle errors are unacceptable at the Varsity level. Physical errors happen at every level. Keep your head up and move on to the next pitch.

Selfishness destroys teams. Great teammates have zero conditions. They show up every day to help the team. They don't have to be motivated to run through the wall. Getting rid of the so called stud with conditions is addition by subtraction.
