A lot of these AAU “travel” teams, shouldn’t travel outside the city limits, let alone the state lines. I’ve learned to understand the argument of it being an “experience”. Yeah up to 13/14u. After that, it’s business. And a lot of parents, are making bad business decisions.

Basketball is an older age sport. My son plays 17U, he’s 17. He’s the second youngest on his team 😂😂. From AAU, to the transfer portal, to levels D1-D3..basketball is an old sport! My team average age this year was like 22 yrs old . I just coached a G League team lol . #CHAMPS
