The ladies showed up & showed out! We finished off the morning welcoming students to Pleasant Grove Intermediate School for College Days. It was cool to see the kids run through the line & get ready for their school day. Thank you Mrs. Beall for inviting us. #FlyHigh🦅🏀

Happy Labor Day!! We honor today the only way we know how, by putting that work in. I’m proud of these ladies for getting up & getting to the gym by 5:15 am. #FlyHigh🦅🏀

We had a blast this morning at We Are Washington. We put together a Gaga Ball pit, cleaned up the entry way planter boxes, cleared out the garden and built two unique flower beds out of used tires. I love seeing our squad give back to the community. #FlyHigh🦅🏀

We gave the ladies a 3 day weekend to rest/recover for all their hard work & commitment the last 3 weeks. They asked if I would still open up the gym for them to get shots up if they wanted. Ev 🫶🏼 showed up at 5:45 am ready to work. Love the dedication! #FlyHigh🦅🏀

Weekend Vibes! We went on our first 🏕️ trip since we moved to TX. It was good to get away. We had visitors for lunch & S’more’s after Nora’s game. Nora played in her first soccer game & scored. Thanks Kayla, Evelyn, Treasure, Gigi, Delfina & Noura for showing up. #Family

‼️ Today marks the first allowable date for NAIA teams to start practice! Now, that will look differently across the country. Some teams will get after it right away. Others will slowly work up into full workouts! Either way, the season is almost here!!
