This is top notch coaching insight. What are you missing if you’re constantly talking or yelling?

Testing a theory that if you have a semi organized, structured session where people can drop in or out, that they’ll choose to join the activity after not being pressured.

I posted this on FB in 2009. I literally started coaching a week before and if this wasn’t the universe telling me I needed to change because I had to be the example I wanted to see in my players moving forward…
