Today I received my Gold medal at the European Masters in Madeira. It was great to sing my National anthem. The girls did a great job in the W55. Hopefully made some friends along the way. Thank you everyone for your kind words about me.

This came up on my feed this was the last time I went to Portugal. Yes it’s the man himself Stephen Fudge on ⁦British Athletics⁩ training camp. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED ON THE TRACK, it was deemed unprofessional. How times have changed.🙏🏿🫶🏽

We only went and won the W55 womens 4x100m Relay in a European record. I am just so pleased for the ladies they won that relay. So pleased to have been apart of this awesome team. 🫶🏽🔥😤😤😤😤😤😤

Farewell Madeira it has been a pleasure. I learnt so much about myself the competitive person in me. I did work sooooooo hard to even get on the start line. This is until next time. A couple of weeks rest then refocus for 2026. Glorious surroundings . CREATION🙏🏿🫶🏽

My first day back to School. Being in School with my three Gold medals from the Masters Athletics. My first meal back is salmon mushrooms and greens with sweet potatoes. Rehab and prehab to ensure my body is firing, when I start training. 🫶🏽🙌🏿

After my wins in Maderia some maybe wondering how I celebrated. Food was top of my agenda. Nice food, fish 👀. Puddings were so important for me to have. Donald Brown had the BIGGEST PUDDING!, i had the passion cheesecake, small and well formed.🫶🏽

Last hill run of my 2025-26 season and boy did it hurt. I had dog walkers, married couples speed walkers encouraging me , I had a blast now on to the prep work and understanding of how to put my race plan together. EXCITED. BIG GOALS BIG DREAM 😴 🙏🏿🫶🏽
