Around The State Sports Spotlight coach is Coach Richie Busby the head football coach at Helena High School. Coach owns a career record of 69-32. Prior to taking over at Helena coach served as the head football coach at Fultondale for 5 seasons. He enters his 5th season in 2022 for Helena.

You have a choice today. You can complain about things you can't control or you can control what you can control and let go of what you can't. You can focus on your problems or focus on getting better. You can look for an excuse or you can look within and find your best.

The most important lesson I've learned through life's ups and downs: Stay positive. God has a plan! You can't see it but you can trust in the one who created you and the plan.

Healing allows you to acknowledge the pain existed without letting the damage control your life.

Rejection is often our greatest protection. Sometimes not getting what we want leads us to getting what we need.

Where there is a void in communication, negativity will fill it! Communication builds trust. Trust generates commitment. Commitment fosters teamwork and teamwork delivers results. It all starts with great communication.
