Pro tip. If you are running solo take a charged phone with you and an ICE bracelet or something you can at least present easy. The parkrun barcode wristbands with ICE numbers on them are ideal. Stay safe and stay 2m apart from other runners and pedestrians. 🏃‍♂️.......🧍🏼‍♂️
